There are three ways for tourists to contact you on the site:
- A tourist can send you a message in a private chat.
- They can call you through the app using a video call (the app is installed on your phone). If you are unable to answer, an AI-powered voice assistant will handle the call, ask the tourist questions, and you will receive their responses both as a voice message and in written form via email. The tourist may also leave their contact phone number for further communication.
- They can send you an email.

Registration Instructions
We offer you the opportunity to attract tourists from any country in the world. Your information, entered during profile registration, will be displayed on the world map and accessible to potential clients. To attract clients, you only need to talk to them and convince them personally that they won't find a better vacation. On the website, you can communicate via phone, chat, or email.
Register, and your service will be available worldwide.
To use the Community service, simply follow the link and complete your registration. Your client will see exactly what you display in your profile. The more complete and attractive it looks, the higher your chances of being noticed by tourists. Open the homepage, and click 'Sign In' in the right side menu.

In the pop-up window, click 'Sign Up'. You will then be redirected to the account creation menu. During registration, select 'Tourism Agent'.

Enter your email address, password, name, and select your country and city of residence or business location, then click 'Sign Up'. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.


Check your email for a confirmation message in the 'Notifications' or 'Inbox' folder. (The email may be in the 'Spam' folder, so be sure to check there). Click the 'CONFIRMATION PAGE' link, and you will be redirected to your personal account, where you can continue filling out your information.
Add your photo, as this is what clients will see when searching on the world map. Choose a role from the available options that best describes your professional activity. This classification helps clients quickly identify the type of services you offer.

Add your location address to make it easier for clients to find you on the map. In the 'Additional Service Cities' field, specify the city where you can provide your services. If you work in multiple cities, add them all. This will expand your client base. All listed cities will be available for selection when creating a service.

Adding information about your spoken languages is essential as it will help you attract more clients from different countries.

For a better effect, add links to videos and photos in your profile. You can upload up to 10 photos. You can also add links to your website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn). Additionally, specify your preferred communication channels: WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or your mobile number.

Tourists highly value detailed information about the agent providing services. Therefore, make sure not to skip the 'Organizational Details' field.

In the final step of profile creation, ensure that all changes are saved by clicking the 'SAVE' button.

You can add an unlimited number of services. If there is a need to add an additional category of services, you can write to our technical support at [email protected] and we will be happy to add it to the list. In the description, introduce tourists to the uniqueness of your region, it will help them to see the local culture, want to try the food, listen to colorful songs and enjoy the views. As much information as possible will allow you to convince your clients that they won't find a better vacation than yours! Additional options will be able to more accurately outline the full range of services available.

At the final step, be sure to indicate that the service is active.

In order to receive video calls in Community you need to install App on your phone, log in to it (your login and password are the same as those provided during registration on the website), set your status to "ONLINE", and then you'll be able to receive calls from clients from anywhere in the world.
