1. Service Booking

Community-si.com offers you the ability to search, select, and book travel services from third-party providers without leaving the Service.
IMPORTANT! Community-si.com does not sell travel bookings itself. Community-si.com allows third parties to sell their travel bookings on Community-si.com.
Community-si.com may facilitate the advertising and sale of travel bookings by third parties to you.
Community-si.com is not a party that provides travel services to tourists. If you make a booking, you are booking with a third-party provider, and the booking agreement is always exclusively between you and the third party. Community-si.com is not:

• a buyer or seller of bookings;
• a party to the contract with a third party or responsible for fulfilling that contract;
• your agent or a third party in connection with the purchase or sale.

2. Access to the Website

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this Website, as well as any services or materials we provide on the Website, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Website becomes unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain parts of the Website or the entire Website for users, including registered users.

You are responsible for:

• Taking all necessary measures for your access to the Website;
• Maintaining the security of all your accounts on the Website, including, but not limited to, your login, password, and API key, as well as all activities occurring under your accounts on the Website;
• Ensuring that all persons accessing the Website through your internet connection or your accounts on the Website are aware of and comply with these Terms of Use.

3. Links to Third-Party Websites

Links on the Website to third-party websites or information are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website and are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to those websites. Such links do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by a third party, a third-party website, or information on a third-party website. We have not reviewed these third-party websites and do not control or take responsibility for any of these websites or their content, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We do not endorse or make any representations about them or any information, software, or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from their use. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked to the Website, you do so entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the terms of use of such websites.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Agents

If you have registered on Community-si.com, subscribed, and found that this service does not suit you, log in to your user account and cancel your subscription using this form.

You can also send us a cancellation request via email at support@community.si from your registered email address. To process such a request sent via email, we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining why you want to cancel your subscription, your payment details (name, transaction ID, the last four digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, username, and other information for identity verification and/or authentication.

Cancellation Request: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the prepaid period or, for unpaid trial or free subscriptions, within 30 days of receiving your request, provided that the request was made in accordance with these cancellation instructions. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within five business days of receiving your cancellation request. A subscription cancellation request must be submitted to technical support at least five days before the billing date.

Refund Request: At Community-si.com, we offer a free 30-day Trial subscription that guarantees access to all features on our site, including listing on the world map, access to chat, in-app calls, adding links to your website and social media, and listing phone numbers and messaging services.

If you cancel your subscription in accordance with this Policy within 30 calendar days of placing your subscription order, we will, upon your request, suspend the charge. If you did not cancel automatic billing and did not send a subscription cancellation request to support@community.si, the funds will not be refunded.

5. Service Listing Terms for Agents

• General Provisions: Community-si.com does not guarantee receiving orders from website visitors. Our platform provides agents with the opportunity to offer their services to users worldwide.
• Service Listing: Agent services are displayed on the world map and are available for viewing by all website users. This feature is included in the free 'Free' package and does not require additional payment.
• Seasonal Demand: Please note that demand for certain services may be seasonal. During certain periods, your offer may be less popular among tourists.

6. User Content and Rights

By uploading any content (including but not limited to images, videos, descriptions, or any other materials) to the platform, the User/Agent represents and warrants that:

• they own all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, publish, and distribute such content;
• the content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
• they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from any individuals or entities featured in the content.

The User grants Community-si.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the operation and marketing of the platform.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Community-si.com, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• any content uploaded, posted, or shared by the User;
• any violation of intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties;
• any breach of these Terms of Use.

Community-si.com reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by the User, in which case the User agrees to cooperate fully.

8. Copyright Policy

Community-si.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same.

If you believe that any content available on our platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice containing the following information:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on the platform;
• proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder;
• your contact information (name, email address);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Community-si.com will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
