Community-si.com is an online platform that enables independent User-Agents, including guides, tour operators, accommodation providers, local experts, and other service providers, to publish information about their services and communicate with potential customers.

1. User-Generated Content

All information, photographs, videos, audio materials, descriptions, reviews, advertisements, travel offers, and other content displayed on Community-si.com are created, uploaded, and managed by independent User-Agents.

Community-si.com does not create, edit, approve, endorse, or verify the accuracy, legality, ownership, authenticity, completeness, or reliability of such content before publication.

The User-Agent remains solely responsible for all content published through their account.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Each User-Agent represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to upload, publish, distribute, and display any content submitted to the platform.

By uploading content, the User-Agent confirms that such content:

does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other legal rights of any third party;
is lawfully owned or licensed by the User-Agent;
may be legally displayed and distributed through the platform.

Community-si.com (LotSL d.o.o.) does not independently verify copyright ownership, licensing status, or intellectual property rights associated with content uploaded by User-Agents.

3. Limitation of Liability

Community-si.com acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting Users with independent User-Agents.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Community-si.com, LotSL d.o.o., its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

any content uploaded by User-Agents;
any copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes relating to User-Agent content;
inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized content published by User-Agents;
any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, penalties, or legal costs arising from content submitted by User-Agents.

Responsibility for such content remains exclusively with the User-Agent who uploaded or published the content.

4. Indemnification

The User-Agent agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Community-si.com, LotSL d.o.o., its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

content uploaded or published by the User-Agent;
alleged or actual copyright infringement;
trademark infringement;
intellectual property violations;
privacy or publicity rights violations;
violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Notice and Removal Procedure

If any person or entity believes that content available on Community-si.com infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a written notice containing:

identification of the protected work;
identification of the allegedly infringing content;
proof of ownership or authorization;
contact information.

Upon receipt of a sufficiently documented complaint, Community-si.com reserves the right to investigate the matter and remove, restrict access to, or disable the disputed content without prior notice.

6. Repeat Infringers

Community-si.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of User-Agents who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or receive multiple substantiated complaints.

7. No Warranty

Community-si.com provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Community-si.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality, accuracy, ownership, availability, quality, or reliability of content published by User-Agents.
